Compassionate Communication

Compassionate Communication

The Compassionate Communication Model provides a clear process which allows compassion and caring to rise to the top of our consciousness, like cream to the top of raw milk.  Our emotions are real… and often raw too!

This way of communicating helps people to accept and express intense, often unfamiliar, feelings and needs.  People say that when they use this model, they find that others are more likely to express their feelings and needs authentically too.

When we choose to use this model, also known as GIRAFFE LANGUAGE, we make requests, instead of demands. It then becomes unnecessary to resort to hiding feelings or using manipulation in order to get our needs met.
