Recently I’ve been thinking about my life, and how I came to be an educator. A central theme of my life is LEARNING. I can see chapters of that journey coming to life as I think about my journey here in “Earth School.” I realize that I would enjoy sharing some of those experiences with you, and maybe you will enjoy learning a bit about me; I know I would enjoy getting to know you and learning about your journey!
The War in Ukraine has devastated the country, killing tens of thousands of soldiers and innocent civilians, and forcing over 13 million Ukrainians to flee their homes. However… the war has not stopped the power of Compassion, Hope, and Love! On behalf of the Learning for Life Center, Verne and I want to personally invite you to join with us and many others who are dedicated to supporting the 22 Ukrainian Families currently living as refugees in Topeka as they rebuild their lives here in Kansas. You… and your friends… and your family might like to participate and CO-CREATE NEW REALITIES with us by clicking the link below. Your donation is tax deductible and will help these families get much needed support. Although they are safe and warm now, and there is assistance available to help make sure they have food on their tables and a roof over their head, they still carry their trauma with every moment of every day. Your donation helps to assure thes families are able to integrate and thrive in their new home, the city of Topeka.
