Life Coaching with LaVetta

We, as humans here on Earth, face stress in so many ways; globally, personally, in our families, at work, and in our communities. Often we find these stresses affecting our physical and emotional health. The Learning for Life Center is dedicated to “Planetary and Personal Wholeness and Wellness” and offers an antidote to these stresses for individuals, couples, families, and organizations. As a facilitator of learning and a life long learner, I am grateful that I can be of service to others as they explore the patterns that are hindering their goals in life.

Are you ready to make changes… real changes… in your life? If so, we will explore the realms of physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional well being…your well being! You will be invited to become the change you wish to see in your life, discovering new directions and opportunities that often lie hidden in problems and challenges. As a client, you will be invited to change patterns that don’t serve to create flow and balance in your life by transforming old patterns into new, more useful, heathy, and nurturing ones. You might choose to create more harmony, organization, function, and beauty in the spaces you inhabit at home, school, work, or in your own BodyMind. We will co-create a plan that will focus on your goals, guided by a Learning Agreement designed uniquely for YOU.

Clients are invited to focus on becoming more mindful and conscious as they learn and practice the 4-part model of Compassionate Communication, experience the process of Self Integration, and explore Consensus Decision Making. Developing these skills provides the basis for learning how to better deal with challenging relationships… with others…. AND themselves. As clients work with their feelings and needs and practice being more authentic they report that they are better able to deal with challenges, define goals, and mindfully set intentions.In addition, they often say that they experience more energy, balance, and ease in their day to day lives with family, friends, and co-workers.

Sessions are usually 1-1/2 to 2 hours long. Sessions are on the phone, (with options for Zoom and In Person.) I encourage people to make a commitment to at least 10 sessions if possible. In this way there is more continuity, consistency, and opportunity to make real and sustainable changes. If you are interested please contact me for details.
